In the online environment, a course is available 24/7. The continuous accessibility of the online classroom demands that you develop new time management strategies. In addition, managing learner issues can be more difficult in the online learning environment than in a traditional learning environment. For some learners, the fact that they do not have to look a person in the eye makes it easier to act differently and exhibit inappropriate behaviors. There are also ethical issues of plagiarism that need to be managed and legal issues, such as copyright, that need to be considered.
